About the Position
We are seeking a Senior Java Developer with 3+ years of experience in back-end development to join our team in Kyiv, Lviv, Ukraine.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the Salary Advance product from scratch. You will have to:
- Build the entire Salary Advance backend infrastructure
- Leverage already existing CLIENT products such as credit, payroll, payments
- Build API integrations with payroll providers
- There is an opportunity to introduce Kotlin for new components
- We have a minimalist approach to using external frameworks, with emphasis on maintainability and fast turnaround with TDD, DDD, and Continuous Integration & Delivery
Requirements
- Fluency with Java or Kotlin
- 3 years (or above) experience in back-end development
- Quick learner with an ambitious and results-driven personality
- Work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- English
Tech Stack
- Java 11
- Postgres DB
- No Spring Framework (in-house one solution instead which is based on CQRS pattern)
- JOOQ to query DB
- Infrastructure in Google Cloud
- CI – Team City
