About the Position
We are currently seeking a Senior JAVA Developer/ Tech Lead for our client, an international company in the FinTech sector, located in Warsaw, Poland.
Responsibilities
- Creating the architecture of solutions built in JAVA;
- Making decisions regarding the shape of the application being created and collaborating with other project teams;
- Defining standards for integration methods and techniques within various integration patterns;
- Supervising the development team in software development and participating in development work;
- Acting as a consultant for business in projects;
- Working on international projects in distributed teams;
Requirements
- Experience in a similar position;
- Experience in designing the architecture of application solutions created in JAVA;
- Very good knowledge of object-oriented design and programming;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing applications in Java JEE;
- Very good knowledge of Spring, Hibernate;
- Experience with XML technologies (XSLT, Xquery, XPath);
- Knowledge of performance tuning, caching, clustering issues;
- Experience with UML diagrams (knowledge of Enterprise Architect preferred);
- Experience with relational databases;
- Very good knowledge of English due to work in an English-speaking environment;
