Senior Key Account Manager

If so, we are looking for you! Join our team at efood, part of the Delivery Hero Group, as a Senior Key Account Manager. In this role, you will act as the primary link between our most important partners and our internal teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and mutual growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain solid relationships with efood’s key clients
• Understand key clients' needs and requirements and prepare customized solutions to meet their objectives
• Act as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams
• Communicate and collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and operations departments to ensure that both company's & key clients’ needs are met
• Compile and monitor reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders
• Negotiate with key clients and sell services for the fulfillment of each client's long-term goals
• Monitor commercial KPIs of the key partners aiming for their continual growth
• Track operational KPIs of the key partners & take actions in alignment with the Ops department to keep them healthy

Requirements

• Proven experience in Sales & Key Account Management
• Customer-centric approach
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as CRM software
• Strong negotiation and leadership skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem-solving attitude
• Ability to work independently without supervision
