Senior Lawyer Commercial

Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is seeking a Senior Lawyer Commercial to join our dynamic team. As an in-house lawyer, you will be instrumental in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts that drive our business forward. Your work will directly translate into business milestones, enabling strategic partnerships and closing deals that boost our revenue.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements.
• Provide quick, actionable, and pragmatic legal advice to the commercial team.
• Collaborate seamlessly with non-legal teams across a diverse, multicultural organization.
• Lead cross-functional projects that impact broader company goals and multiple business units.

Requirements

• Degree in Law: A Master’s degree (e.g., Máster de Acceso a la Abogacía, LLM, or a specialized corporate/commercial master's) and admission to the Spanish Bar are highly valued.
• Experience: 4 to 6 years of post-qualification experience, ideally in a top-tier law firm and an in-house legal department within a fast-paced, high-growth, or tech environment.
• Language Fluency: Bilingual or highly proficient professional level in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).

Nice to Have

• Experience drafting and updating Terms & Conditions for B2B and B2C models.
• Previous exposure to digital platforms, e-commerce, or the tech sector.
