About the Position
We are seeking a Senior / Lead Business Analyst - Back Reporting to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant regulatory backreporting of trades and positions across global jurisdictions. Office in India: Bengaluru.
Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely regulatory backreporting across regions
- Resolve reporting issues, including historical breaks and data inconsistencies
- Strengthen controls and processes, focusing on automation of manual activities
- Collaborate with Technology, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to manage regulatory change
- Support testing, documentation, and data analysis for reporting enhancements
Requirements
- 5-14 years of experience in Business Analysis
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Expertise in reconciliations and backreporting
- Understanding of regulatory environments and compliance
- Capability to work with Technology, Legal, and Compliance teams
