Senior Leadership Development Specialist

About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Leadership Development Specialist to design and implement a comprehensive program for improving management quality at Comarch.

Responsibilities

• Designing, implementing, and executing a program to improve management quality from A to Z, in collaboration with Centers of Excellence and HRBPs.
• Creating a coherent training strategy for managers, supplementary materials, and daily implementation of the program within the organization.
• Designing and implementing leadership development programs, including a dedicated program for new leaders (first-time leaders).
• Independently conducting training sessions and workshops on people leadership and team effectiveness.
• Implementing initiatives and tools to support the building of high-performance and synergistic teams (High-Performing Teams).
• Measuring and evaluating the effectiveness of development activities and their real impact on the quality of leadership in the organization.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in HR, with a focus on leadership development and complex HR project implementation.
• Higher education in HR, psychology, pedagogy, or communication.
• Experience in creating and implementing development programs, especially for new leaders (first-time leaders).
• Practical ability to use AI tools for data synthesis and creating large-scale training materials for leaders.
• Experience in independently conducting training and workshops on people leadership and team effectiveness, both on-site and online.
• Practical knowledge of modern leadership and familiarity with diagnostic tools and models supporting team synergy.
• Ability to assess the effectiveness of training and its real impact on management quality.
• Independence in coordinating and timely implementation of training projects.
• Strong communication skills and ease in building partnerships with managers.
• Fluent in Polish and English in business communication.
