About the Position
Senior Legal Associate 資深法務專員

我們正在尋找具備風險管理思維、溝通協調能力與執行力的資深法務專員！
你將擔任公司與政府機關、外部律師及內部團隊的重要橋樑，透過重大事件調查、法規遵循、政府查核應對及跨部門合作，協助降低營運風險，確保公司各項業務符合相關法令與營運規範。
Responsibilities
- 重大事故調查與對接: 發生重大營運事故（如交通意外、資安外洩等），擔任政府接洽窗口。負責釐清案情、向總部調取數據，進行危機溝通。
- 政府機關查核窗口: 應對交通部監理所、數位發展部、勞動部等單位的定期與不定期檢查，整合內部資料，確保業務營運符合要求。
- 在地法規監測: 定期追蹤台灣特許行業（如貨運、平台）的法令變更與裁罰案例，評估對公司的衝擊，提早協調內部調整流程。
- 制度建立與合規培訓: 推動法規要求的各項營運計畫，同時規劃政府要求的員工培訓練。
- 消保糾紛協調與協商: 處理用戶與司機之非訴訟性爭議，代表公司與主管機關及當事人協商，尋求平衡解決方案並降低風險。
Requirements
- 高情商與危機應變力: 面對重大事故、政府查核或爭議案件時，能保持冷靜、理性分析，並有效完成溝通與協商。
- 商業思維與問題解決能力: 理解商業運作模式，能在法規框架下提出兼顧風險管理與業務需求的解決方案。
- 優秀的溝通與協調能力: 能有效串聯政府機關、香港總部及跨部門團隊，在快速變動的環境中建立良好合作關係。
- 高度誠信與責任感: 具備良好的專業倫理，能妥善處理敏感資訊，並維持與外部主管機關的專業互動。
- 主動與執行力: 能獨立推動專案，整合各方資源並確保工作順利完成。
Nice to Have
- 具 3–5 年以上公共事務、政府關係、法遵、法務或相關工作經驗。
- 具政府機關、行政部門或立法部門政策溝通及協調經驗。
- 熟悉政府計畫、法規遵循或主管機關查核流程。
- 對平台經濟、貨運產業或數位服務相關法規具基本認識。
- 具備良好的邏輯分析能力，能在高度敏感及時間壓力下完成案件處理。

- 月薪 40,000 - 60,000 元 (依能力核定薪資)
