Senior Legal Executive（コーポレート法務 - リーダー・マネージャー候補）

About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Legal Executive（コーポレート法務 - リーダー・マネージャー候補） for our global IT venture, focusing on AI-driven legal framework development and efficiency.

Since its inception in 2016, AnyMind Group has expanded to 25 locations across 15 countries and regions worldwide. With a record high revenue of 573 billion yen in 2025, we are accelerating towards our goal of becoming Asia's No. 1 company by 2027. This role is not just about "contract review"; it involves designing and updating the entire legal framework to maximize organizational defense and agility in a rapidly evolving environment with domestic and international M&A and new business launches.

Responsibilities

Regular Duties

• Creation and review of various contracts for the Japanese subsidiary, including group companies
• Procedures for convening the Board of Directors/Management Meetings and preparation of meeting minutes and related tasks
• Procedures for convening shareholders' meetings, preparation of meeting minutes, and related tasks
• Legal work related to M&A, joint ventures, and new business launches
• Various registration procedures related to corporate law (including coordination with external experts)
• Internal audit support/Internal control setup (legal-related)
• Legal consultation response from business units regarding existing businesses
• Coordination with ministries/agencies/legal affairs bureaus (including obtaining land registers and seal certificates)

Interpersonal Negotiations, Incident Response, and Systematization

• Support negotiation and problem-solving in complex cases by coordinating with the division manager.
• Propose improvements and efficiency enhancements in business flows and contract processes based on the causes of incidents, not just incident response.

Education and Awareness Activities to Improve On-site Literacy

• Organize past cases and common consultation contents to create guidelines and conduct study sessions.
• Support the creation of an environment where on-site members can make judgments easily, facilitating smooth daily operations.

Promotion of AX in Legal Work

• Promote AI integration across legal work: Drive efficiency and systematization of overall legal work, including contracts, approvals, and knowledge management.
• AI Contract Review Operation: Regularly use AI contract review tools to accumulate review standards and know-how, while continuously improving operational flows.
• AI Utilization Proposal in Legal Work: Explore and propose new AI utilization methods across the entire legal domain, not limited to contract work.

Requirements

Must-Have

• Over 3 years of legal practice experience in a business company (or equivalent experience in a law firm).
• High interest in technology: Eager to apply generative AI and legal tech in practice to systematize and enhance business processes.
• Strong logical thinking and flexible coordination skills: Able to propose logical alternatives to business promotion while pointing out risks to management.
• Adaptability to global environments: Comfortable with using English and coordinating with overseas offices, enjoying fast-paced changes.

Nice to Have

• Experience in planning and conducting legal education and compliance training.
• Legal experience in venture/startup companies or experience with the introduction and operation of legal tech.
• Member management experience.
• Language skills such as English and Chinese.
