For the strengthening of the Legal function within Cedacri, part of ION Group, we are looking for a Senior Legal Specialist with 5-8+ years of experience gained at top-tier law firms. The successful candidate will work closely with business and functional teams, providing legal advice on a variety of commercial and corporate matters, supporting strategic initiatives, and contributing to effective risk management and compliance. We are looking for a proactive and business-minded professional with strong legal foundations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic and international environment.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating contracts and agreements
• Providing legal advice and conducting legal research on a variety of legal topics including civil law, intellectual property, corporate law, and real estate
• Replying to various legal requests from end-users and third parties (including resellers and suppliers) in relation to products and services
• Conducting research, investigating facts, and developing legal arguments
• Compiling information and preparing statistics, charts, graphs, and other summaries to detail the findings
• Keeping track of changes in the legal framework and providing timely updates on these changes

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Law (with honors) 104+
• Relevant experience as a lawyer in a leading law firm
• Excellent knowledge of the Italian and English language
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Strong planning and organizational skills and excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• With your “get things done” attitude, you can prioritize, support, and track multiple tasks successfully while meeting deadlines in a constantly changing environment

We Offer

• Permanent employment contract under Italian National Collective Labour Agreement for the Credit Sector (CCNL Credito)
• Gross Annual Salary (RAL) ranging from €55,000 to €75,000, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications
• Job grade to be determined upon completion of the selection process, with final assessment between QD1 (Quadro Direttivo di 1° Livello) and QD3 (Quadro Direttivo di 3° Livello) employment classification
