We are seeking a Senior Manager, APAC Market Support to lead a small team of specialists focused on supporting local market teams during times of disruption and opportunity. This role involves significant travel and requires you to be the regional expert and go-to person for markets with strategic priority and/or significant challenges. Your main aim is to provide temporary planning and hands-on support to markets to ensure we meet our reliability (on-time), speed, and customer satisfaction targets from a logistics perspective.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of specialists in providing strategic planning and support to local markets.
• Dive deep into market challenges and work with teams to implement effective solutions.
• Navigate ambiguity and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Translate complex datasets into actionable business recommendations.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives and manage projects and programs effectively.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Strategy, Business Operations, Performance Management, PMO, Consulting, or Operations Excellence, preferably within technology, e-commerce, logistics, or marketplace businesses.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate insights into business recommendations.
• Excellent project and program management skills with experience driving cross-functional initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
• Outstanding communication and storytelling skills with experience preparing executive-level presentations for senior leadership.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Economics, or a related field.
