About the Position
Senior Marketing & Growth Analyst

Responsibilities
As a Senior Marketing & Growth Analyst, you will:
- Understand business needs of SEE countries under your scope and create insightful analysis helping your team to make the right decisions to boost Glovo presence and orders.
- Identify growth opportunities to increase our user base focusing on traffic, conversion, and retention rates and leveraging on levers such as pricing, promotions, events, CRM, and other marketing levers.
- Drive projects end-to-end translating business challenges into insights and actions.
- Take ownership of the reporting of KPIs by creating customized tools and using the available ones.
- Ensure these tools are scalable and up-to-date.
- Assist your colleagues in gaining access to the right data, and communicate and simplify concepts to the audience's needs.
- Drive clarity and solve ambiguity using data-driven approaches.
- Apply your expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and understand how our users interact with both our consumer and business products, identify growth opportunities, and execute on projects to drive growth and engagement.
Requirements
- Prior experience (minimum 3 years) on similar roles leading analysis and turning insights into actions.
- Academic background in Math, Engineering, Business, Stats, or Quantitative field.
- SQL proficiency is mandatory / Python is a plus.
- Ninja expertise with Excel / Google Sheets is a must.
- Knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Qlikview.
- Critical reasoning.
- Capability of bridging analytical and communication skills for added-value impact.
- Business acumen and passion for end-to-end project management (from ideation and analysis into implementation).
- Hands-on attitude; You’ll have to roll up your sleeves!
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
