About the Position

Lala Automotive Philippines Inc., known with its brand name, Lalamove Automotive (Lala Auto), is one of the Lala brands under the on-demand delivery platform, Lalamove, in the Philippines. We are a trusted partner in driving limitless possibilities by offering vehicle financing options to help interested Lalamove Operators and Drivers to start a profitable on-demand delivery business.

We're looking for a Senior Marketing Associate who thrives in data-driven marketing and enjoys bringing campaigns to life-from digital lead generation to on-ground activations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, and other digital platforms.
• Drive lead generation initiatives and improve campaign performance through data analysis and A/B testing.
• Monitor campaign metrics, prepare performance reports, and recommend optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Support the planning and execution of roadshows, dealer activations, and other on-ground marketing events.
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or a similar role.
• Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, or other digital platforms.
• Strong understanding of lead generation, campaign optimization, A/B testing, and marketing analytics.
• Experience using digital marketing and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite is an advantage.
• Willing to travel and conduct field work for marketing events and activations as needed.
• Willing to work onsite in PITX, Paranaque City.
