shyftplan is the all-in-one shift planning solution for industrial clients. Our software simplifies complex workforce deployment, reduces costs, and actively engages employees. We work with renowned industry players such as B. Braun, Omterra, and Haribo, aiming to become the market leader in Germany.

With the entry of our investor Maguar, specialized in B2B software with 600 million euros in AUM, and the recent acquisition of ScableOne, we are significantly expanding our field. We are building a comprehensive platform for factory workers: Workforce Management, Shopfloor Execution, Skills Development, and Strategic Workforce Planning. To continue shaping this growth, we are looking for a (Senior) Marketing Manager (m/w/d):

Responsibilities

Develop and manage a sales webinar program: from planning and speaker coordination to invitations, landing pages, technical execution, recording, and follow-up.
Organize our trade show appearances, industry conferences, and own events in the DACH region, managing budget, service providers, booth planning, materials, and logistics.
Ensure that event leads are properly routed to HubSpot and that follow-ups with sales and business development run smoothly.
Implement marketing measures operationally, such as email campaigns, newsletters, LinkedIn posts, and website updates, and support the execution of our account-based campaigns.
Create and maintain marketing materials such as presentations, flyers, case studies, event recaps, and sales documents, coordinating external agencies and service providers.
Maintain our marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot) and keep an eye on processes, templates, and data quality.
Analyze your events, webinars, and campaigns based on clear KPIs, such as registrations, attendance rates, and leads generated, and provide suggestions for improvement.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
Practical experience in organizing events, trade shows, and/or webinars.
Strong organizational skills: You work structured, reliably, and hands-on, and maintain an overview even with many parallel topics.
Proficiency in marketing automation and webinar tools (e.g., HubSpot, GoToWebinar, etc.) and affinity for other tools.
Enjoy writing and have a good sense for target audience communication.
Hands-on mentality and fun in simply implementing things instead of just planning.
Strong communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with sales, agencies, partners, and speakers.
Native proficiency in German and advanced English skills.
Willingness to travel within the DACH region for trade shows and events.

Nice to Have

Initial experience with account-based marketing or multi-touch campaigns.
Basic knowledge of design tools such as Canva or Adobe and website CMS.
Industry knowledge in the manufacturing sector.
