Senior Media Buyer (Facebook)

About the Position

Galaktica, a leading Ukrainian IT product company, is actively scaling its product in Tier-1 markets and is looking for a Senior Media Buyer (Facebook) to manage large budgets and oversee performance results in Meta campaigns. Your role will encompass the full cycle of Meta campaigns: from testing new creatives and audiences to tracking control (CAPI) and in-depth analytics in collaboration with designers and analysts. This is an opportunity to work in a strong in-house team where every working idea receives full resources and a direct path to rapid scaling.

Responsibilities

• Launch and scale advertising campaigns in Meta (Facebook 80–90%, TikTok/Snapchat 10–20%) - from hypotheses and tests to high budgets;
• Build a systematic strategy for testing the "audience × landing pages × creatives" bundle and analyze its effectiveness;
• Optimize daily KPIs (CPA/ROAS/LTV), control spend, and ensure high-quality traffic;
• Analyze creatives, identify "winners", create new variations, or set clear specifications for design and video production;
• Control tracking settings (Pixel / CAPI / Events) and promptly diagnose data drops;
• Establish communication with the analytics, design, and development teams and assign tasks to improve products;
• Prepare regular reports on results, new tests, blockers, and adhere to account security policies and processes.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience with Meta Ads (last 2 years as the primary source);
• Experience promoting in-house products in product IT companies;
• Worked with monthly budgets from $100,000 per source (ideally from $200,000);
• Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager: understand account structure, work with CBO/ABO, optimization for events (Conversions/Lead/Purchase), and adherence to Meta policies (ban/approve risk management);
• Experience with analytics and metrics: able to draw conclusions and build action plans based on GA4, GTM, and key indicators (CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR, CPA, ROAS, LTV);
• Experience building hypotheses, conducting A/B tests, creative rotation, and understanding the product's impact on final conversion;
• English language proficiency at the Intermediate+ level.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI in Meta Ads for predictive analytics, alerts, and automatic campaign management scripts (ON/OFF rules).
