Ми шукаємо першого Online Reputation Manager, який стане власником напряму online reputation для портфелю брендів на Tier-1 ринках (US, UK, EU). Ваше завдання: розробити й реалізувати ORM-стратегію, контролювати пошукову видачу, рейтинги на Trustpilot, та інших майданчиках, а також у перспективі App Store і Google Play та репутацію брендів в AI-пошуку. Ви збудуєте систему моніторингу, метрики та процеси реагування на репутаційні ризики.

Responsibilities

Strategy and Management: Develop and implement ORM/SERM strategy for the brand portfolio with priority by markets and risks. Manage ORM tasks: set tasks for Reputation Manager and prepare specifications for content for SMM/PR team (with resource coordination with PR Team Lead).
Search Reputation (SERM): Analyze search results and sentiment for brand queries in target markets. Optimize brand results: manage Knowledge Panel, suggestions, and AI Overviews. Plan the placement of positive content (articles, profiles, PR materials) on external platforms.
Review Platforms and Stories: Improve and maintain brand ratings on Trustpilot, App Store, Google Play, and other platforms.
Monitoring and Crises: Set up monitoring of mentions in search, reviews, Reddit, forums, and AI services. Detect reputation risks at early stages and respond promptly. Develop anti-crisis plans and work through cases with PR, Legal, and Compliance.
Analytics and Automation: Maintain reporting and set specifications for dashboards on SERP dynamics, ratings, and sentiment. Automate routine ORM processes.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in SERM/ORM, of which at least 1 year at the strategy level: independently built a direction or was responsible for it
Experience in SERM in Tier-1 markets (US, UK, EU), English from B2
Understanding of Google ranking principles and basic SEO factors, experience in analyzing SERP for brand queries (including "[brand] reviews", "[brand] scam", "is [brand] legit")
Practical cases of pushing negativity out of the TOP-10 Google
Deep knowledge of the mechanics and policies of review platforms: Trustpilot, App Store, Google Play, Sitejabber, as well as work with moderation, appeals, and removal of unlawful reviews within the rules of the platforms
Work with Knowledge Panel, search suggestions, and other elements of brand results
Work with mention monitoring services (Brand24, Mention, YouScan, etc.) and setting up monitoring for multiple brands simultaneously
Ability to determine ORM metrics (ratings, share of negativity in TOP-10, sentiment, response speed), maintain regular reporting, and set specifications for dashboards
Ability to set specifications for copywriters, SMM, and PR teams for ORM content and control execution
Experience working with external platforms and professional sites (placement, brand profiles, PR publications)
