Senior Media Planner

About the Position

We're looking for a data-driven Senior Executive, Media Planner to join our Digital Marketing team at AnyMind Thailand. In this role, you will be responsible for driving successful digital marketing campaigns for our clients by developing and executing comprehensive media strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and optimize media strategies based on data-driven insights. This is an exciting opportunity to work with global business clients in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Responsibilities

• Media Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective media strategies aligned with client objectives, target audiences, and industry trends.
• Media Planning and Buying: Negotiate with media partners, manage media buying processes, and monitor campaign performance to optimize results.
• Performance Analysis & Optimization: Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, identify key metrics, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Team Guidance & Collaboration: Provide daily guidance and mentorship to junior team members while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Presentation & Client Facing: Develop compelling presentation slides and confidently present strategic media plans to internal teams and clients.
• Industry & AI Innovation: Stay up-to-date with digital media trends, emerging technologies, and actively adopt AI tools to improve workflow efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Media Planning, Digital Marketing, or Strategic Planning.
• AI Requirement: Experience in using AI tools for work is required to enhance daily workflow efficiency.
• Able to communicate in English at an advanced level (for handling and presenting to global business clients).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, tactics, and proficiency in using media planning/analytics software.
• Mindset: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and adaptability skills to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
