We are seeking a Senior MS Dynamics 365 Developer to join our team in The Hague, Netherlands. You will focus on Dynamics and Power Platform projects, working on impactful projects that matter.

Job Description

As a Senior MS Dynamics 365 Developer, you will have a good overview of the setup of the Dynamics project you are working on. You will participate in daily stand-ups and provide status reports to the client and/or project manager. You will have a leadership role within the team, working together on the design of the solution, delegating tasks to team members, and ensuring everyone gets the right support. You will work closely with the project manager and participate in sessions to improve your understanding of management and IT deliveries. Your daily tasks will typically include:

• Delivering the project in collaboration with the project manager.
• Translating client requirements into a design of the solution in Dynamics and Power Platform and coordinating this with the team.
• System development and review of the low-code solutions and integrations with Azure Services.
• Intensive collaboration with your team to not only deliver high-quality work yourself but also to ensure it collectively.
• Optimization of process and planning (agile approach).

At Netcompany, we are committed to delivering projects, and as a Senior MS Dynamics 365 Developer, you will ensure high-quality work and support your team to achieve this timely and with high quality. Some of our projects are based on low-code technologies. We work with:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service (including Customizations and plug-ins)
• Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages
• Integration with Azure Services such as Azure Logic Apps, Azure Function, and Azure AD

Requirements

It is important that you have good technical skills and are motivated to take on management tasks. In addition, we are looking for colleagues with the following skills and competencies:

• (HBO) Bachelor's or master's degree in an IT-related field (e.g., Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Informatics, etc.).
• Minimum of three years of experience in the IT industry.
• Responsibility for a delivery and/or leading other developers.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with setting up and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
• Fluent in both Dutch and English, in word and writing.
