Senior Network Engineer

About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Senior Network Engineer to design, build and operate large-scale enterprise network environments. In this role, you will work hands-on with leading networking, security and cloud technologies to deliver robust and scalable network solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and operate large-scale enterprise network environments
• Manage core networking, routing and switching alongside wireless infrastructure
• Apply general security knowledge to safeguard network environments
• Maintain hands-on operations across Juniper platforms including wireless, routing, switching and SD-WAN
• Implement security technologies with Palo Alto
• Configure and manage load balancing platforms such as Avi or F5
• Deliver cloud networking solutions across Azure and GCP
• Develop network automation and scripting at a basic to intermediate level

Requirements

• 8 to 10 years of experience in design, build and operate large-scale enterprise network environments
• Skills in Juniper platforms covering wireless, routing and switching as well as SD-WAN
• Expertise in security technologies including Palo Alto
• Proficiency in load balancing platforms such as Avi, F5 or similar
• Knowledge of cloud networking in Azure and GCP, with strong fundamentals expected
• Competency in network automation and scripting

Nice to Have

• Background in cloud networking with Azure as a primary platform
• Familiarity with GCP as a secondary cloud environment
• Capability to apply intermediate network automation skills
