Senior NLP/LLM/LLMOps Data Scientist

As part of our global Analytics Engineering organization, you'll help build conversational AI solutions, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, and intelligent agent-assist capabilities that support customer-facing and operational teams across multiple countries.

This is an opportunity to work on AI systems where success is measured not only by performance, but also by reliability, explainability, and trust.

Responsibilities

Design and develop production-grade NLP and Generative AI solutions.
Collaborate with ML Engineers, Customer Journey Experts, Product teams, and business stakeholders.
Work on the full lifecycle of AI development-from experimentation and model development to deployment, monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
Develop AI solutions designed for reliability, explainability, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in NLP, Information Retrieval, Machine Learning, or Generative AI.
Experience building and deploying production-grade NLP or LLM-based applications.
Strong Python skills and familiarity with modern Deep Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Experience with Transformers, embeddings, RAG architectures, vector search, or conversational AI systems.
Experience operationalizing Generative AI applications and working across the full ML lifecycle.
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain AI concepts to both technical and business audiences.
Fluent English.

Nice to Have

Experience with GCP, Vertex AI, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, CI/CD, CD4ML, MLOps, or LLMOps practices.
