About the Position
We are seeking a Senior Operations and Quality Manager with extensive experience in quality, engineering, and maintenance to oversee diverse teams and improve productivity.
Responsibilities
- Oversee diverse teams in areas such as Electronics, Elastomers, Sealing Gaskets, Stamping, Painting, and Packaging for OEMs and aftermarket.
- Focus on project development, nationalization of products, and supplier management.
- Achieve significant milestones, including successful start-ups, cost reductions, and the implementation of automation.
Requirements
- Extensive background as a Plant Quality and Engineering Manager.
- Demonstrated leadership in quality, engineering, and maintenance.
- Experience in Supplier Quality Engineering, contributing to successful project start-ups and localization initiatives.
- Expertise in DC Power Supplies for medical cyclotrons and research laboratories.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD/SolidWorks 3D Design.
Nice to Have
- Experience in auto assembly and welding inspection.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree from Anhanguera University | Production Engineer
