(Senior) Manager Performance Marketing B2B (m/f/d)

About the Position

Join Team Orange in Lisbon as a Senior Performance Marketing Manager B2B to lead global B2B marketing strategies and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, budget, and results for B2B paid marketing across all business segments and markets, with search advertising (SEA) as the primary channel.
• Find the right businesses in a large market by building segments, keyword and bidding logic, and targeting.
• Work agentically by default, building, running, and supervising AI workflows for bid management, audience building, creative testing, and lead-quality feedback loops.
• Make sense of data and act on it, combining CRM records, lead enrichment, campaign, and revenue data to decide on KPIs, budget, bidding, or targeting decisions.
• Decide where the money goes, allocating and forecasting spend across channels and markets against return on ad spend, profitability, and customer lifetime value.
• Own a reporting and alerting system that allows SIXT marketing to steer rather than react, with alerts for off-trend movements, AI-generated recommendations, and automated workflows.

Requirements

• Background: Experience running performance marketing at scale in a fast-moving business, owning and steering marketing budgets, and being measured on their return. B2B background is a plus but not a requirement.
• Search expertise: Deep, current, hands-on expertise in SEA and Google Ads, with a good understanding of the console, dashboards, KPIs, and daily working practices.
• AI fluency: Agentic way of working, AI as the default operating mode, ability to design and build workflow logic, and preference for automation over manual processes.
• Analytical depth: Comfortable working from numbers, attribution, incrementality or lift measurement, and turning sales data into marketing steering decisions on lead value, ideal customer profile, and segment quality.
• Speed: Ability to quickly turn ideas into live tests, read results honestly, and eliminate what does not work.
• Ownership and independence: Ability to run your area independently, take decisions, and know when to escalate issues.
