Senior PM - Adobe Team

About the Position

We are seeking a Senior PM for our Adobe Team to manage projects and portfolios, ensuring budget, scope, schedule, resources, and risk are controlled.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive project and portfolio management: Defining, planning, managing, and monitoring budget, scope, schedule, resources, and risk.
• Cyclical work with project reports: To monitor progress.
• Building good client relationships: Managing open communication, controlling potential risk, being the first point of escalation, and managing client expectations.
• Coordinating project team work: Ensuring consistency with the adopted methodology.
• Building a well-organized team: Identifying recruitment needs.
• Supporting business development: Playing an active role in preparing offers and during the negotiation process.

Requirements

• Experience in implementing e-commerce systems (preferably B2B).
• Solid technical background: Allowing you to collaborate smoothly with development teams.
• Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC): Ability to include non-functional requirements (NFR) such as performance, security, and scalability in daily product work.
• Coordinated work within a project portfolio.
• Knowledge of product, category, and e-commerce management processes.
• Good understanding of the IT industry and the principles of e-commerce ecosystems.
• Ability to get along well with both clients and development teams.
• Fluency in English: Business and technical communication at B2/C1 level.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Familiarity with agile project methodologies.
• Proficiency in using AI tools and staying updated with industry news.
• Proactive and independent: Taking matters into your own hands and being able to motivate others.
