In our Talent Acquisition plan, we plan to hire a person to fill the role of Senior PMO, with experience in the Banking, Finance, or Insurance sectors.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring the project portfolio (time, costs, quality, expected benefits) through specific KPIs and using periodic reporting for complex projects (involving multiple stakeholders and international partners) with a focus on the banking-insurance sector;

• Supporting the collection, validation, consolidation, and analysis of project, operational, and financial data to support informed decision-making processes;

• Supporting budget planning and related monitoring;

• Managing project meetings, agendas, SLAs, and project presentations.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields;

• At least 5 years of experience in the role of PMO within structured corporate contexts or consulting firms for banking-insurance sector clients;

• Proven experience in managing complex projects, digital transformation, innovation, and business model reviews;

• Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP®, PRINCE2®, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications);

• Excellent knowledge of PMO software (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project);

• Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, advanced Excel) for creating directional dashboards, project reports, and monitoring project activities;

• Fluent knowledge of the English language (written and spoken);

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to translate technical data into business information;

• Strong problem-solving orientation and strategic thinking;

• Excellent leadership skills.
