Senior Process Owner O2C

Glovo is seeking a Senior Process Owner O2C to join our Finance team. As part of the Delivery Hero Group, we are dedicated to delivering an amazing experience-fast, easy, and to your door. We operate in around 65 countries worldwide, headquartered in Berlin, Germany.

Responsibilities

• Translate Rules into Reality: Work closely with Billing, Tax, and Accounting SMEs to translate their requirements into Process Blueprints and technical specifications.
• Support the "Touchless" Flow: Help design and document the end-to-end data lineage from the Marketplace into SAP S/4HANA and MS Dynamics Business Central (MSD).
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Product and Commercial teams to ensure new business lines are designed with automation in mind from the start.
• Standardization Support: Identify manual "workarounds" in local markets and support the adoption of global automated standards.

Requirements

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Finance Transformation or Process Excellence, ideally within a high-volume marketplace/tech environment.
• Knowledge: Good understanding of IFRS 15, VAT triggers, and Revenue Recognition.
• Technical Skills: Solid understanding of ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA, MS Dynamics Business Central, Oracle, etc), workflows, data flows, and system dependencies.
• Soft Skills: Enjoy working closely with others and contributing to the "Big Picture" of process architecture.

Nice to Have

• Additional Skills: Knowledge of e-money licenses, escrow accounts, or regulated payment flows.
• Certifications: RPA, Process Automation knowledge, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.
