  • Provide ongoing consulting support and product expertise to business users, helping drive continuous improvement and effective use of the Facets platform.
  • Analyze operational metrics and system performance data to identify opportunities for process optimization, cost containment, and enhanced member experiences.
  • Foster collaboration across distributed teams and client organizations while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement in a hybrid work environment.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product consulting, business analysis, solution consulting, or related roles within the healthcare payer industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of the Facets data model, including table relationships, data structures, and system configuration principles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Facets Claims, including adjudication workflows, benefit determination, pricing, and claims processing.
  • Deep expertise in Facets Membership, including eligibility management, enrollment structures, subscriber and dependent relationships, and coverage administration.
  • Experience configuring and supporting Facets Provider functionality, including provider data management, contract structures, participation status, and reimbursement arrangements.
  • Strong knowledge of Facets Group administration, including group hierarchies, account structures, and billing-related configurations.
  • Expertise in Facets Plan Product configuration, including benefit structures, accumulators, coverage rules, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare payer operations, health plan administration, and industry regulations.
  • Experience gathering requirements, conducting impact assessments, and translating business needs into functional and technical solution designs.
  • Proven ability to perform data analysis, troubleshoot system issues, and develop evidence-based recommendations.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills with experience engaging both business and technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have

  • Experience leading large-scale Facets implementation, optimization, or modernization programs.
  • Knowledge of healthcare enrollment, billing, provider network management, and claims operations.
  • Experience supporting health plans across Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, or Marketplace lines of business.
  • Experience working with enterprise integration solutions and healthcare data exchanges.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and healthcare technology transformation initiatives.
  • Experience mentoring analysts, consultants, and implementation teams.
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance, testing methodologies, and release management processes.
