Senior Product Designer

About the Position

King Group is a team that creates international iGaming products for the UA and Tier-1 markets. Millions of people use our products daily, and design is one of the drivers of their development.

We are currently looking for a Senior Product Designer who wants to influence not only the interfaces but also the product development, product processes, and business results. If for you design is a way to solve complex product challenges, work with data, form new approaches, and influence the direction of product development, we will be happy to meet you.

What you will do:

• Design complex UX/UI solutions for international products.
• Independently lead product initiatives from research to implementation.
• Analyze user behavior, product metrics, and find opportunities to improve user experience.
• Develop an approach to solving complex problems and propose optimal design solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Manager, analysts, developers, and other designers.
• Develop a design system and improve the design processes of the team.
• Conduct design reviews and share expertise with colleagues.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product / UX/UI Designer in product teams.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Deep understanding of UX, UI, product thinking, and the design process.
• Experience working with complex digital products.
• Ability to make design decisions based on data, research, and business goals.
• Experience with design systems.
• Ability to argue decisions and effectively interact with stakeholders.
• Proactiveness, systems thinking, and a desire to influence product development.
