Job description
About the Position
Our client is a real estate technology company serving the Middle East and North Africa. Its web platform helps real estate professionals manage their daily work, and a companion mobile app is in active development.
You’ll join a small design team that supports several product squads for a 6-month contract.
You’ll help evolve the existing web platform, shape a broader platform redesign, and contribute to the mobile experience. We want someone with strong visual craft and sound UX judgement who already uses AI tools, especially Claude, to explore ideas and build prototypes.
Responsibilities
- Design and improve end-to-end workflows on the web platform, and contribute to mobile when priorities require it.
- Drive parts of the platform redesign with high-quality UI, clear interaction design, and coherent user journeys.
- Work with Product Managers to frame problems, refine requirements, explore opportunities, and define scope.
- Create user flows, interface designs, and interactive prototypes, using Claude to speed up exploration and iteration.
- Use research findings, user feedback, and product data to evaluate and refine solutions.
- Extend design-system components and keep them consistent and accessible.
- Work with engineers through implementation, explaining interaction behavior and design rationale.
- Balance priorities across squads together with the design team.
Requirements
Experience
- Senior-level experience designing web and mobile products end-to-end, in B2B or B2C. Real estate experience isn’t required.
- A track record of simplifying complex workflows while balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
- Experience working closely with Product Managers and engineers.
Craft & tools
- Strong UI and interaction design skills, with attention to typography, hierarchy, layout, accessibility, and detail.
- Advanced Figma skills: components, auto layout, variables, and collaborative workflows.
- Hands-on experience using Claude for design exploration and for building and iterating on interactive prototypes.
Approach
- You use qualitative and quantitative research, feedback, and metrics to inform decisions.
- You’re curious and proactive, comfortable working independently, and quick to adapt to new product contexts.
- You communicate clearly in English and can present and defend design decisions to stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Motion design for product interactions, feature demos, or promotional content (Figma-based tools, Claude or similar).
- Experience extending design systems and documenting usage and contribution guidelines.
- Hands-on experience with user interviews, usability testing, field research, or A/B testing.
Portfolio Requirements
Please share a portfolio website. Behance-only or PDF-only portfolios won’t be considered.
We’re looking for a designer who keeps growing, explores new tools, and works the way modern products are designed and built today. Your case studies should show:
- the problem and context
- your specific role and contribution
- the research or data you relied on
- the approaches you explored and why you chose one
- polished final solutions and, where possible, their impact
For a senior role, we expect the portfolio itself to be a cohesive digital experience that reflects your design judgement, not just a gallery. No specific technology or custom code is required. Website builders and AI-assisted tools are welcome.
Selection Process
- Portfolio review
- Interview with the design team
- Practical assignment: build a small interactive prototype with Claude based on a provided product brief, and record a short video walking through your solution and key decisions. You’ll get the full scope and submission requirements in advance.
- Final interview with the client
We Offer

- 18 paid vacation days and 10 paid sick days annually
- 10 Ukrainian public holidays
- Maternity and paternity leaves
