Role Overview

As a Product Manager for the Crypto platform, you will have the exciting opportunity to shape the future of crypto payment solutions. You will lead the development and execution of product strategies, focusing on creating innovative crypto products for diverse customer segments. This role involves significant collaboration with engineering and business intelligence teams, offering a chance to make a substantial impact in the fintech space.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the long-term vision for the Crypto Platform.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitors within the crypto payments ecosystem.
• Formulate product hypotheses and develop MVPs, making data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure product delivery aligns with business objectives.
• Own key Crypto Platform metrics and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager in fintech, payments, or crypto.
• Hands-on experience with on-ramp and off-ramp products and crypto payment solutions.
• Strong understanding of the crypto ecosystem, including exchanges and blockchain infrastructure.
• Demonstrated experience managing the full product lifecycle from discovery to scaling.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
• Languages: English, Russian.
• Experience in fintech.
