Responsibilities

Lead product direction and strategy across the AMOS platform, working with the customer's stakeholders to set priorities and challenge appropriately.
Translate the customer's operational and business requirements into structured, prioritized technology work and roadmap decisions.
Oversee and guide prioritization across platform operations, integration, data, and product decisions, bringing technical credibility to stakeholder conversations.
Drive collaboration across the customer's technical teams, delivery teams, and senior business leadership to deliver alignment on complex, long-running programs.
Manage AMOS administration, integrations, and data flow dependencies to ensure solutions are technically sound and operationally viable.
Bring structure and direction to the customer's AMOS program, identifying dependencies and sequencing work across multiple teams.

Requirements

5+ years of product ownership experience on AMOS or closely comparable aviation maintenance or MRO platforms.
Strong, demonstrable understanding of AMOS administration, AMOS integrations, data flows, and data dependencies.
Proven experience working across technical teams, delivery teams, and senior business stakeholders in complex program environments.
Ability to understand technical detail deeply enough to lead prioritization and stakeholder decisions, without being positioned as a pure AMOS administrator or pure integration engineer.
Airline or aviation-domain experience is highly relevant.

Nice to Have

Experience in a senior, independent operator capacity.
Exposure to multi-team program delivery in the aviation sector.
Familiarity with aviation regulatory or operational constraints.
