We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with experience in B2B e-commerce to join our team in Wrocław or Kraków, managing projects and ensuring successful delivery.

Responsibilities

Comprehensive project management: Defining, planning, managing, and monitoring budget, scope, schedule, resources, and risk
Cyclical work with project reports to control progress
Establishing good client relationships: Managing open communication, controlling potential risk, being the first point of escalation, managing client expectations
Coordinating the project team's work and ensuring consistency with the adopted methodology
Building a well-organized team, identifying recruitment needs
Supporting business development by playing an active role in preparing offers and during the negotiation process of cooperation terms

Requirements

Experience in implementing e-commerce systems, including Magento
Solid technical background allowing smooth collaboration with development teams
Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and ability to include non-functional requirements (NFR) such as performance, security, and scalability in daily product work
Knowledge of product, category, and e-commerce management processes
Good understanding of the IT industry and the principles of e-commerce ecosystems
Ability to get along well with both clients and development teams
Fluency in English and ability to communicate at a business and technical level (B2/C1)
Experience with Jira and Confluence
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
Proficiency in using AI tools and staying updated with industry news
Proactive and independent - taking matters into your own hands and being able to motivate others
