Senior Python Developer

About the Position

We are hiring a Senior Python Developer to build and evolve scalable backend services in a collaborative, quality-focused team. You will work with cross-functional partners, apply best practices across the SDLC, and help ship secure, high-performing solutions-apply now.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver scalable backend systems and services
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to produce reliable software solutions
• Review code and provide constructive feedback to uphold code quality
• Improve application performance and troubleshoot technical issues
• Connect external APIs and services based on project requirements
• Create and maintain technical documentation for implemented features
• Apply best practices across the full software development lifecycle
• Drive continuous improvement of team processes and shared technical knowledge

Requirements

• Proven software development background with 3 years of relevant experience
• Advanced Python proficiency for building, maintaining, and improving applications
• Strong knowledge of database design, implementation, and performance tuning
• Hands-on involvement with AI or Large Language Models (LLM) in software projects
• Practical experience using Git for version control and team collaboration
• Hands-on experience with Python web frameworks such as Django or Flask
• Working familiarity with Python web servers and deployment workflows
• Solid understanding of security best practices in software engineering
• Experience delivering user authentication and authorization systems
• Good understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum
• Excellent English communication skills at B2+ (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher
