Senior Python Developer

About the Position

We are expanding our team with a Senior Python Developer focused on scalable backend systems, security, and reliable delivery practices. You will work with peers on reviews, API integrations, and performance improvements-apply today.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement scalable backend systems and services
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver robust software solutions
• Join code reviews and provide feedback to sustain code quality standards
• Diagnose technical issues and optimize application performance
• Implement integrations with external APIs and services to meet project needs
• Draft and update technical documentation for delivered features
• Maintain adherence to best practices across the software development lifecycle
• Help improve team processes and strengthen shared technical knowledge

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in software development
• Advanced proficiency in Python for application development and maintenance
• Strong understanding of database design, implementation, and optimization
• Experience working with AI or Large Language Models (LLM) in software projects
• Proficiency with Git for version control and collaborative development
• Hands-on experience with Python web frameworks such as Django or Flask
• Familiarity with Python web servers and deployment processes
• Knowledge of security best practices in software engineering
• Experience implementing user authentication and authorization systems
• Understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English at B2+ (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher
