Responsibilities
- Develop and implement scalable backend systems and services
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver robust software solutions
- Participate in code reviews and share actionable feedback to ensure code quality
- Tune performance and fix technical issues across the application
- Integrate external APIs and services aligned with project needs
- Write and update technical documentation for delivered features
- Ensure best practices are followed throughout the software development lifecycle
- Contribute to refining team processes and expanding technical knowledge
Requirements
- Relevant software engineering experience of at least 3 years
- Expert-level Python skills for application development and ongoing maintenance
- Strong understanding of database design, implementation, and optimization techniques
- Proficiency with Git for version control and collaborative development
- Experience applying AI or Large Language Models (LLM) within software initiatives
- Experience working with Python web frameworks such as Django or Flask
- Familiarity with Python web servers and deployment processes
- Knowledge of security best practices in software engineering
- Experience implementing user authentication and authorization solutions
- Understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum
- Excellent spoken and written English at B2+ (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher
