Responsibilities
- Design scalable backend systems and services
- Collaborate with teammates to deliver high-quality software solutions
- Review code and provide constructive, actionable feedback
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues
- Integrate third-party APIs and services when needed
- Write and keep technical documentation up to date for delivered features
- Ensure software development best practices are followed across the project lifecycle
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and shared team knowledge
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in software development
- Proven proficiency in Python to create and maintain applications
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) for cloud-based solutions
- Strong database knowledge, including design, implementation, and optimization
- Practical familiarity with Git for version control and team collaboration
- Hands-on experience with Python web frameworks such as Django or Flask
- Understanding of Python web servers and how to deploy them
- Knowledge of security principles and software development best practices
- Experience with user authentication and authorization mechanisms
- Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English at B2+ level or higher
