Senior Python Developer

About the Position

Responsibilities

• Design scalable backend systems and services
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver high-quality software solutions
• Review code and provide constructive, actionable feedback
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues
• Integrate third-party APIs and services when needed
• Write and keep technical documentation up to date for delivered features
• Ensure software development best practices are followed across the project lifecycle

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in software development
• Proven proficiency in Python to create and maintain applications
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) for cloud-based solutions
• Strong database knowledge, including design, implementation, and optimization
• Practical familiarity with Git for version control and team collaboration
• Hands-on experience with Python web frameworks such as Django or Flask
• Understanding of Python web servers and how to deploy them
• Knowledge of security principles and software development best practices
• Experience with user authentication and authorization mechanisms
• Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English at B2+ level or higher
