Responsibilities
- Craft and engineer sustainable, scalable technology solutions that meet both business and engineering needs
- Collaborate across functional boundaries with various teams to deliver unified, high-quality products
- Lend your voice to architecture discussions that influence the shape and direction of current initiatives
- Review code produced by teammates, offering constructive commentary that preserves quality standards
- Pin down and address multifaceted technical issues encountered throughout the development lifecycle
- Offer mentorship to newer developers, helping them reinforce their technical know-how
- Actively participate in planning conversations, helping to define scope and delivery schedules
- Stay abreast of industry shifts and bring practical, valuable methods into regular team practices
- Document technical rationale and working methods carefully to maintain the codebase long-term
- Liaise with stakeholders to nail down requirements and ensure deliverables match what was promised
Requirements
- A minimum of three years of applicable work experience
- High proficiency in Python used for building reliable backend systems and services
- Hands-on background with React for building responsive, dynamic front-end features
- Practical grasp of AI ideas and tools, employed to strengthen the overall build process
- Capable understanding of database systems for storing, structuring, and accessing data
- Adept at using Git for version control oversight and supporting collaborative coding
- Solid history of leading teams and inspiring those working alongside you
- Understanding of common development methodologies that support structured, efficient output
- Proficient English ability, B2 level or higher
