Senior QA Automation Engineer

About the Position

We are seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer for a streaming TV service with live broadcasts and Video on Demand (VOD). The test framework is written in Java.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers
• Analyze and clarify requirements
• Plan, develop, and implement fully automated system tests
• Report and track defects
• Design and development of framework components
• Work in collaboration with the Development team

Requirements

• Java programming skills
• Experience in test automation and testing techniques
• Understanding of Data Integration, Web-Services (REST), XML, and JSON
• Experience in test frameworks (JUnit, TestNG, etc.)
• Know-how of CI/CD configuration (Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, Nexus, etc.)
• Experience with AWS Lambda testing, AWS S3, and other AWS services
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix-based platforms as well as Windows
• Ability to analyze requirements and write test cases
• API testing
• Contract testing (Swagger, etc.)
