About the Role

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for developing the Finance & Accounting specialization through the implementation of recruitment processes, building client relationships, and developing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes in the Finance & Accounting sector
• Developing cooperation with existing clients and acquiring new recruitment projects
• Building long-term business relationships and acting as an advisor on the labor market and talent availability
• Reaching the best candidates using direct search, networking, and modern sourcing tools
• Conducting meetings with clients and candidates and preparing recruitment recommendations
• Analyzing market trends and supporting clients with knowledge about salaries, talent availability, and the job market situation
• Ensuring the highest quality of client and candidate experiences at every stage of the process
• Achieving individual business and sales goals

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in independently managing recruitment processes in the Finance & Accounting sector
• Experience in developing client relationships and sales of recruitment services
• Very good knowledge of the Finance & Accounting market and current recruitment trends
• Ability to manage processes for specialist, expert, and managerial positions
• Highly developed communication, consulting, and negotiation skills
• Independence, entrepreneurship, and goal-oriented mindset
• Knowledge of modern sourcing tools and technologies supporting recruitment
• Advanced English proficiency to work comfortably in an international environment
