Job Description: Senior Research Executive
You will play an essential role in managing research projects from start to finish; supporting the Manager/Senior Manager on research design, analysis, reporting, and presenting findings to clients.
Responsibilities
Client Portfolio Management
- Maintain accurate, complete, up-to-date, and insightful client business profiles to be shared with senior management.
- Build assigned category & various brands knowledge database using primary and secondary data research.
- Integrate multiple data sources to answer business issues.
Client Servicing Support
- Assist senior staff in delivering quality services to clients and ensure the services provided are timely, precise, and meet client business needs and specifications while meeting the company's quality standards.
Project Instruments Support
- Be directly accountable for work conducted for nominated clients in terms of Q’re making, analyses, report templates, charting, etc.
- Accountable for checking 100% data quality at various intervals-both data collection and analysis.
- Accountable for data analyses, charting, and performing quality checks for analytic reports.
- Should be capable of writing the first level of data insights on research reports-up to 70% accuracy.
- Recommend improvements in work processes within the area of responsibility.
Project & General Coordination
- Full and proactive coordination with all project internal stakeholders-data collection, data analysis teams, Finance, etc.
- Providing other administrative and operational support in research projects.
- Collaborating with various internal teams for research projects.
Requirements
- Post-graduation/MBA from a premium university in Marketing, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent disciplines.
- Minimum 2-4 years of working experience in the Market Research industry; however, fresh post-graduates from premium universities are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Proactive and strive for excellence; a good team player.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
- Good client service skills and able to communicate and write effectively in English.
