About the Position
We are looking for a Senior Revenue Analyst to become part of our Business Partnering Service unit, offering strong corporate finance and financial management expertise, sharp attention to detail, and a drive to achieve exceptional outcomes. You will join EPAM's Global Finance department, working specifically within the Business Partnering Services (BPS) team. BPS oversees administrative and financial operations that strengthen the connection between EPAM's leadership and our valued clients. Working alongside a team of over 300+ professionals, you will contribute significantly to business growth and financial success.
Responsibilities
- Determine revenue figures using timesheets, contracts, and internal guidelines
- Ready accounts for monthly and annual closing processes while performing detailed revenue analysis across periods and identifying causes of fluctuations
- Deliver short-term and long-term revenue projections in line with company standards
- Examine financial terms within contracts and support in their preparation and budget planning
- Input and verify data accuracy and completeness within EPAM's internal systems
- Produce reports to meet both internal and client requirements
- Perform financial health assessments on individual client accounts
- Guide the development of streamlined account processes by advising project teams on revenue recognition, invoicing, and time reporting matters
- Partner with audit teams to ensure timely and effective audit completion
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a relevant field such as finance, economics, banking, accounting, or audit
- A higher education degree in economics, reflecting strong grounding in financial concepts
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables, charts, and a range of formulas (mathematical, logical)
- Familiarity with MS Office tools, especially Word and PowerPoint
- B2+ level English proficiency, both spoken and written

- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively and diplomatically with colleagues, business stakeholders, and clients
- Solid ability to manage one's own workload and priorities independently
