As a Sales Executive at Glovo, you will be on the front lines, driving our growth in Bucharest. You will be responsible for identifying, pitching, and signing up the best local restaurants, becoming a key representative of our sales team and a vital part of our city's success.

Responsibilities

• Work with Glovo’s sales pipeline, aligned with company goals and strategy.
• Review, and keep your pipeline updated on a daily basis.
• Conduct sales negotiations that create a solid foundation for collaboration with restaurant partners, ensuring mutually beneficial and sustainable business terms.
• Oversee the restaurant onboarding process to ensure it is as quick, efficient and smooth as possible.
• Monitor and evaluate the restaurants' performance during their first 30 days.

Requirements

• Hands-on sales experience (1+ years), ideally in phone-based selling.
• Thrive in fast sales cycles - ramp-up quickly and work with short decision timelines.
• Structured process thinking - well-organized, with good time management to follow Glovo’s clear CRM flow and playbook.
• Self-sufficient - you follow guidance and process, but don’t need weeks of training to start producing.
• Resilient - can handle daily rejection and keep momentum in a volume-driven sales environment.
• Goal-oriented and a closer - understand and want to exceed targets, follow sales KPIs to improve productivity.
• Experience with SMEs is a plus - understand usual objections, sales process.
• Based in Bucharest, as the role is hybrid.
