Responsibilities

  • Steering the entire value chain (end-to-end) – from the identification of new business opportunities through proposal preparation and contract negotiations to the successful implementation of consulting projects.
  • Actively acquiring new customers and managing offer processes in Germany and Austria.
  • Being the first point of contact for our customers, dedicated to building long-term business relationships.
  • Managing and leading interdisciplinary teams for the successful implementation of customer projects.
  • Supporting the positioning of AI as a core competency of GFT in the market.
  • Tailoring complex topics to the audience: positioning technology, consulting, and AI in the banking sector.
  • Trend research and identifying future topics in the banking sector.
  • Collaborating with internal teams such as Staffing, Delivery, Consulting & Tech Office, and the global GFT network.

Requirements

  • Long-standing experience in sales, primarily in the banking environment, and in project management.
  • High self-motivation and interest in driving new topics.
  • Confident handling of project stakeholders and the senior management of the client.
  • Excellent methodological knowledge in project and requirements management.
  • Strong networking skills both internally and externally.
  • Very good German and English language skills.
