(Senior) Salesforce Consultant (m/f/x)

About the Position

Salesfive is looking for a (Senior) Salesforce Consultant (m/f/x) to join our team in Zagreb. As a key member of our interdisciplinary project teams, you will advise companies – from start-ups to global enterprises – on designing and implementing complex Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for designing and implementing Salesforce solutions
• Analyze existing Salesforce systems of our clients
• Lead IT projects in the Salesforce environment
• Analyze and optimize business processes
• Oversee testing and release management
• Train and support our clients after project completion
• Continue developing your skills through ongoing training and certifications

Requirements

• A degree in the field of IT, business informatics or a similar course of study
• Minimum 1 year of practical experience in setting up and operating cloud-based CRM solutions
• Salesforce experience (plus certifications for Salesforce Sales, Service and/or Marketing Cloud)
• IT affinity and know-how in SaaS, databases, and CRM
• Use of AI tools as a core part of your way of working, along with the motivation to continuously develop your own AI skills
• Good analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and team spirit
• Experience in project management and IT implementation
• Strong communication skills in English as well as project-related willingness to travel
