We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer who wants to develop their professional career at GFT. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic person, with an interest in continuing to develop professionally in a multicultural, challenging, and motivating environment.

Responsibilities

Participate in the design, development, and evolution of Salesforce solutions, ensuring the technical quality of the deliverables.
Collaborate in the definition of technical solutions, including data models, business logic, security, and integrations.
Act as a technical reference in areas where you bring more experience, supporting the team in solving complex technical challenges.
Promote good development practices, quality standards, and code reviews within the team.
Contribute to the identification of technical risks and propose continuous improvements in the architecture and development processes.
Collaborate with functional and business teams to ensure that the implemented solutions meet customer needs.

Requirements

More than 7 years of experience in Salesforce development.
Technical education in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields.
Knowledge in one of the main Salesforce clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.
Solid knowledge of solution design, good development practices, and code quality in Salesforce.
Experience in development with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce platform configuration.
Experience in Salesforce integrations through APIs, events, or batch processes (MuleSoft is valuable).
Ability to participate in technical decision-making and provide input on solution design.
Salesforce certifications (valuable).
