Senior SAP FI Specialist – Integration & Compliance

About the Position

We are seeking a Senior SAP FI Specialist – Integration & Compliance to lead the design and delivery of end-to-end SAP Finance solutions with a strong focus on integration architecture, compliance, and SAP S/4HANA Finance.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement SAP FI solutions (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting).
• Lead integration architecture using ISA-M methodology and define integration standards.
• Design integrations with banks, payment providers, tax engines, CRM, HR, procurement, and other third-party systems.
• Ensure SOX compliance, governance, and risk controls using SAP GRC, SOFY, or similar tools.
• Lead workshops, collaborate with business stakeholders, and support projects through go-live and hypercare.
• Provide L2/L3 support and continuously improve integration performance and stability.

Requirements

Location: Remote Anywhere

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting).
• Solid expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance (ECC experience is a plus).
• Experience with enterprise integrations, APIs, IDocs, OData, REST/SOAP, and payment/banking interfaces.
• Strong understanding of SOX controls, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and SAP GRC or similar compliance tools.
• Experience leading workshops, gathering requirements, and communicating with senior business stakeholders.
• Fluent English.

• SAP Integration Suite (CPI), API Management, Event Mesh, PI/PO.
• FICA/BRIM experience.
• Experience with MuleSoft, Boomi, Kafka, or BlackLine.
