About the Position

Senior SAP RE-FX Consultant

Start: September

Duration: 6 months, with possible extension

Capacity: Full-time

Location: Remote within EU, with occasional on-site workshops in Germany

Language: English; German is an advantage

The client is reviewing and optimizing its SAP-based real estate management processes. The consultant will support the analysis of the existing solution, define improvement opportunities, and contribute to the implementation roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and optimize business processes within SAP RE-FX
• Configure and enhance SAP Flexible Real Estate Management
• Conduct requirement workshops with business and technical stakeholders
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical concepts
• Assist with testing, documentation, migration, and go-live preparation
• Advise the client on SAP best practices and solution improvements

Requirements

• Senior-level experience with SAP RE-FX or SAP Real Estate Management
• Strong knowledge of leasing, contract, property, and rental-object processes
• Experience with SAP configuration and process design
• Understanding of integrations with SAP FI/CO
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders
• Strong communication skills in English

Nice to Have

• SAP S/4HANA transformation or migration experience
• Knowledge of SAP PP
• German language skills
