About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Scrum Master to join our team in Kyiv, Ukraine, and facilitate Agile practices and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the implementation of modern product creation approaches (Agile, Lean, Design Thinking) through coaching teams, facilitating experiments, and supporting continuous improvement.
• Assist teams in selecting and improving their working methods according to Scrum principles and Agile practices, tailored to the product context.
• Ensure transparency in team work through the use of appropriate artifacts, metrics, and open communication.
• Help teams develop an empirical approach, self-organization, and a culture of continuous self-improvement.
• Support teams in improving predictability, delivery quality, and the ability to create value for users.
• Utilize data and Flow Metrics to analyze process efficiency and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop a community of Scrum Masters through the exchange of practices, conducting internal workshops, and sharing successful experiences.
• Assist the team in identifying and removing obstacles, as well as escalating systemic issues beyond their control.
• Facilitate Scrum Events and other work sessions that promote decision-making, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working in environments with multiple interdependent teams or in scalable Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, or similar).
• Experience working in a product company as a Scrum Master.
• Experience in facilitating training, workshops, or internal practices for developing Agile teams.
• Deep understanding of the Scrum framework, Kanban method, and the ability to consciously adapt working methods without violating fundamental values and the empirical approach.
• Developed facilitation skills, conflict resolution, and effective communication.
• English language proficiency at the Intermediate (B1) level (for working with professional literature).

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of the banking sector and the financial products market.
• Certifications: PSM I/PSM II from Scrum.org or A-CSM from Scrum Alliance, or similar.
