Senior Software Engineer, Product Engineering - EU

Ashby is seeking a versatile and persistent product engineer to join our team in the European Union. If you're passionate about setting up reusable building blocks across the stack and advocating for the time and space to do so, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Design and build automated interview scheduling.
• Build a generalized declarative filter architecture.
• Spec, design, and implement features that allow users to complete signing offers within Ashby.

Requirements

• Software Development: Proficiency in building innovative software solutions.
• Product Engineering: Experience in taking ownership over a large portion of a product and owning projects end-to-end.
• Engineering Management: Ability to manage and lead engineering projects.
• Leadership: Strong leadership skills to guide and mentor the team.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-powered tooling.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes.
