Senior Software Engineer with Anthropic Claude

About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer with Anthropic Claude to drive enterprise-wide agentic transformation initiatives. As an AI-native engineer, you will align strategy, lead process reimagination and ensure measurable business impact. The main focus will be around process discovery, ideation and process re-engineering with a focus on agentic adoption, with the goal of driving productivity success metrics.

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise-wide agentic transformation initiatives across departments
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive the agentic workflow
• Lead strategic alignment and readiness assessments across departments
• Definition of KPIs and business objectives for agentic workflows
• Drive process redesign using design thinking and agentic capabilities
• Lead change management and adoption campaigns
• Quantification and scaling of value realization across the enterprise
• Application of a full-stack perspective along with React to support development efforts

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience in software engineering
• 5+ years in transformation leadership or enterprise consulting
• Proficiency in Java and understanding of AI frameworks
• Skills in full-stack development using Angular or React
• Expertise in AI frameworks, LLMs and intelligent automation
• Background in change management
• Capability to demonstrate strong executive presence and stakeholder influence
