Senior Solution Architect – ServiceNow HRSD

About the Position

We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect to provide guidance and thought leadership to clients and internal resources in platform design, integration design, development standards, platform-management methods, and technology-strategy consulting, with specialized expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD).

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor developers to ensure the highest standard of technical quality.
• Design, document, and communicate the integration approach across all architecture components.
• Research, analyze, and propose alternative solutions addressing business needs across business lines.
• Educate clients and negotiate the right technical solutions; deliver value-add experiences in every interaction.
• Assist in scoping new opportunities; ensure every artifact and configured component is of the highest quality.
• Act as the final escalation point for technical decision-making within a program.
• Build teams that can execute; provide technical coaching and oversight to developers and architects.
• Define hiring evaluation processes and emerging skill sets, identify training needs, and align resources to demand.
• Configure HR cases and Centre-of-Excellence segmentation.
• Build lifecycle-event workflows (onboarding, transfers, offboarding).
• Design Employee Center and manage HR knowledge and data security.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology, with proven expertise in technical consulting roles.
• Proven expertise on the ServiceNow platform, including platform configuration.
• ServiceNow CSA and CIS-HR certifications.
• HR case management, lifecycle events, and Employee Center expertise.
• HRIS integration experience (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
• JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and JS frameworks; Agile development experience.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and ownership mindset.

Nice to Have

• Post-graduate degree in a software-related field.
• ServiceNow CTA or CMA certification.
• Employee Center / Workplace knowledge certification.
