Responsibilities

• Drive product development from concept to launch in a fast-paced, customer-obsessed organization.
• Create product specifications to identify problems, set goals, and define success metrics.
• Lead the definition and design of core technologies, developer interfaces, and end-user experiences.
• Annotate other developer platforms to build internal alignment and conviction on what good looks like.
• Partner with machine learning and platform engineers to understand the latest research in Agentic AI.
• Shape our developer ecosystem by contributing to hackathons and growing our digital community.
• Deconstruct complex problems using a data-influenced approach and a steady data diet of product usage.
• Support cross-functional teams to achieve their goals through collaborative goal setting and milestone development.
• Ensure our designers deeply understand the problems to be solved and can test their ideas rapidly.
• Support our deployment teams in helping customers realize product value quickly.
• Win the trust of CIOs and IT Managers at F500 companies to enable rapid business decisions.

Requirements

• Experience: 15+ years of software product management experience.
• Skills:
  • Expertise in leveraging or integrating AI into work processes.
  • Strong writer with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
  • Deeply curious and a fast learner.
  • Strong familiarity with APIs, authentication, and integrations.
  • Experience building enterprise products that required 3rd party platform integrations.
  • Proven track record of taking ownership of product goals and delivering against them.
  • Skills to take input from multiple sources, crystallize clear priorities, and communicate them effectively.
  • Ability to bridge the technical with the enterprise and cultivate challenging relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working hand-in-hand with data science, engineering, user experience, and customer success teams.
  • Effective communicator who pays attention to the finer details and empathizes with customers and stakeholders.

• Base Pay: $190,900 - $334,100, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation, and benefits.
